California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

This section applies to California residents. Where this section conflicts with the rest of the Privacy Policy, this section controls. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199.100).

How to Submit a Request

We will respond within 45 days as required by law (with one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary, plus written notice). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization, verification of your identity, and confirmation that you have given the agent permission to submit the request.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing-list contacts are retained until the contact unsubscribes or we determine the address is invalid, plus a reasonable record-keeping period.
